“Loves Music, Loves to Dance”
Setting
As far as this novel tells me, the events in this story take place in New York in a big city like New York City. The author gave no time period as to when the events took place.
Main Characters
1. Charles North- Charles is a murderer who picks his victims out of newspapers in the personal ads section.
2. Darcy Scott- She is a woman who answered personal ads and tries to find her friends murderer when the body is found.
3. Erin Kelley- Erin answered ads along with Darcy and goes missing for three days before the body was dumped by a bridge.
4. Nona- She inspired Darcy and Erin to get involved with personal ads.
5. Douglas- Douglas is the actual name of ‘Charles North’.
Vocabulary
1. Beguiling (Pg. 4)- “ He laughed aloud as he thought of the beguiling ad that had summoned Erin to him.” -to deceive-verb.
