Define Marketing and Discuss Marketing Concepts
I define marketing as trying to figure a perfect process that will interest a potential customer and client in his are her product and services. When preferring to the process of marketing it takes 4 basic keys in marketing they are research, selling, promoting, and how you distribute your product and services. This view is consistent with the following definition of marketing found in a popular marketing textbook.
“Marketing is the process of planning and executing the conception, pricing, promotions, and distribution of ideas, goods and services, organizations and events to create and maintain relationships that will satisfy individual and organizational objectives.”

Marketing concepts is a way of how a company should research the needs of there customers and then make decisions to feel the needs of the customers. Most the the companys today has been carrying over the marketing concept, but from the start of time it has not always been in the case. By looking into the past for diffrenet concept of marketing that has been used and that have had a real big impact during that time, although most of thses concept I will bringing up in this paper are old concepts they are not stuck in that time frame but are still used by some companys as of today.
The Production concept was the top dog of it time up to the early 1920’s. The idea of the production concept that the company should consontrate on the products that they could produce most of and still be efficient. This was a big thing in companys cause it was were a time where people needed basic necessity which was at a high level of demand.
