Some people argue that technology and modern conveniences have improved out quality of life, while others argue that they have had a negative impact on quality of life. It is a very controversial topic. Here, the question arises in mind that in such rapid technological advancement era; does technology leading human lives towards complexity or flexibility? Every progression has its pros and cons, and also everything comes at cost of something. On the one hand, the advent of technology and modern conveniences has made human lives much easier and efficient. Furthermore, with such modern conveniences human being has become more and more independent of other human being. Also, with the arrival of modern technologies now people can find better tools for relaxation and refreshment after long tiring work days, moreover, the longevity of human being is increased due to medicine science. On the other hand, though all these technological advancements and modern conveniences have revolutionized human’s lives, but it’s affecting human life in an adverse manner. In the era of rapidly growing technological advancement and betterment of standard of living, each and every individual is driving himself/herself in rabbit race, which leads them towards loneliness and losing family values and bonding. After considering all the aspects of this issue, I firmly believe that advent of technologies have improved the quality of life in many aspects.

Firstly, due to technologies and modern conveniences, the lives of human being have become simple, easier and quite efficient as well.
