Expectation Sheet for the Final Exam


The Hum 335 Final Exam will be given Tuesday, (SEE DATE ON THE SYLLABUS). The exam will be in a multiple choice, true/false format. Please bring to class a number 2 pencil . Also, please bring photo ID (NEW Coyote Card). You must be present on this day to take the exam. Only in verifiable emergencies will you be allowed to take the exam at a later time. The results of the exam will be available approximately one week later on Blackboard.com. Note: if you miss the exam you will not be able to take it again untilapril 2008.

The Hum 335 Final Exam will cover selected material from Classes 8-20, in three general areas: class notes, material from The Buried Mirror, and readings/CD from The Voices of Latino Culture.
When studying for the exam, consider studying with groups in addition to individual review of all material. Remember that all PowerPoint material (with text) can be found at our site in Blackboard.com (see the syllabus concerning Blackboard). Also, talking with other students on the Blackboard.com Discussion Board is a good way to review. If you added the class late, be sure to ask a friend for the class notes of the day(s) missed. Don't forget to take the practice quizzes found under "Assignments" and to read a summary of our discussions concerning the readings of "The Voices of Latino Culture" found under the syllabus portion of Blackboard.
