Most people have some form of anxiety. As long as it comes in small moderations, it can be a good thing. It helps you to stay aware in everyday life. Anxiety may also be caused by stress. It may be caused tense situations, whether it is in the office, or studying for an exam. It helps one to cope. But when anxiety becomes unnecessary and irritating to everyday life, they consider this a disorder.

The symptoms of anxiety vary from, shortness of breath to fear of losing control and going crazy. Anxiety attacks can become very serious. They are unexpected and can be incredibly terrifying. They usually come without warning and make you feel as if you are about to pass out or die. There are many causes to anxiety. It could be caused by your personality, the environment you live in, and even your brain chemistry.

If you experience symptoms of anxiety for more then six months, then it may be anxiety disorder. If it becomes so intense that it is interfering with your family life or work life and is causing you complete agony, then you should search for immediately. The first thing you should do is contact your local doctor. You may just have the symptoms of anxiety from taking a new medication.

Anxiety disorder reacts to treatments very effectively. It can give you great relief in a very short amount of time. The two most common treatments of anxiety are medications and cognitive-behavioral therapy, or they may use a combination of both.

Anxiety may give you social phobia. It gives you the constant fear that you are being watched by everyone. It makes you feel as if everyone is watching you and judging everything you do. People can worry anywhere from days to weeks before it becomes a serious situation. This problem can make it very difficult in your career life and even keeping friends.
