In my past, present, or future I never thought I would be forty years old in college pursuing my BA in Psychology. In this paper I will be discussing aspects of my life. These aspects have played an important role in making me who i am today. This will consist of my childhood, present life, and future goals. I will be comparing these things with some of the Adult Development theories that I have learned about in this class. I have had a life that was hard at times and other times it was smooth sailing. If I could live my life again I probably live it just the same.
I am the youngest of four children. I have two brothers, and one sister. I grew up in a house with both parents present. My parents were hard workers, and very dedicated to raising a family. Growing up I got to spend time with my parents but not as often as I wanted. I could never understand why both of my parents had to work so much. As I entered adulthood it came clearer to me that in order to raise four children it took a lot of work hours amongst my parents to make a comfortable living.
