It has become essential for the company to reallocate revenues toward new services that have become available in the communications industry. To help the company increase revenues in an ever-changing industry, managers have been asked to have their teams create strategies to help increase profits. These strategies will be essential to help keep the company strong as it enters a new era in communications.
Each manager has a team of no more than 10 employees. It has never been mandatory, but employees always have been encouraged to share new ideas with the company to help grow. Although management cannot prevent rumors about the changes taking place at the company, they can minimize their negative impact by taking the mystery out of the changes. They can do this by telling the employees what the changes entail and by taking a proactive stance in communicating those changes directly to the managers, by doing this, it will be easier to deal with resistance to these changes.
