Computer and Web Ethics:
Well, the topic that I have choose for my research project is “Computer and Web Ethics”. It was a interesting topic for me to do some searching with and it really help me learn more about “Computer and Web Ethics”. I've found some lots of good information about this topic and I'll covering them in this paper. But I'll be covering only the useful information that I know it will help me helpful for me and others students about computer and web ethics. So, in this paper I'll be talking about the meaning of computer and web ethics, what are web ethics, computer and information ethics, the ten commandments, and the last one what are risks of computer and web ethics? Computer and web ethics are very important for people to learn and understand because it will help us know what's good and bad about using computers and surfing different types of websites online.
Firstly, I'll be talking about the definition of “Computer and Web Ethics”. Computer ethics is the ethical use of a computer by a human. For example, using a computer to access Facebook when you at work and are supposed to be finishing a report would be considered unethical. On the other hand, doing the same thing on your own personal time would be considered ethical. Ethics is a set of moral principles that govern the behavior of a group or individual. Therefore, computer ethics is a set of moral principles that regulates the use of computers. Some common issues of computer ethics include intellectual property rights such as copyrighted electronic content, privacy concerns, and how computers affect society.
