General Scope of what we want to be…
An authentic and professional Bikram Yoga studio in combination with a raw foods and juice bar.   It will combine the hot yoga business with the raw foods and juice business.
Working mission statement: Energie provides a place within the Austin community for people to achieve radiant health through Bikram yoga and organic raw foods and juice.
General goals and objectives:
1. Thrive as a successful Bikram Yoga studio.
-Become recognized within the Austin community (more than enough people in every class)
-Become recognized and supported by the Bikram community (host workshops)
2. Thrive as a successful raw foods and juice bar.
-Become recognized as one of Austin’s prime locations for quality raw foods and juice.
-Establish/maintain good working relationships with organic vendors.

What’s important to us:
-Every class is perfectly hot and humid. Run and maintain a powerful heating/humidity system.
-Studio is kept spotless by workstudy cleaners three shifts a day.
-All teachers are required to maintain a minimum practice of 3 classes/week.
-Monthly teacher meetings are productive, include a posture clinic, and promote continual growth as a teacher.
-Class sizes are large.
-Functional and informative website.
-Yoga studio bathrooms use washcloths instead of paper towels.
-The entire space is welcoming and accessible to all types of people.
-The raw foods kitchen is equipped with everything necessary for continual culinary creativity.
-Vendors are organic (whenever possible).
-All plastic/paper used by the café is biodegradable and earth friendly.
-The café has a solid customer base separate from the Bikram yogis.
-The space is open and bright, and can be transformed into a venue for music/djs/dancing,etc should we so choose
