It is creating a new protagonist within the users and converting them into creators. The blogs have a very easy editing process, free access and a potential spread. These are the reasons to consider the blogs one of the emblematic elements and new tool in the new information society. The normal user of internet, as the core of this format, is due to be an active part of internet society. The bloggers are retaking the collaborative spirit they were longing for. This easy tool contributed in attracting professional journalists, adolescents, directors of prestigious institutions, companies or simply engaged persons to Internet, digital “natives” or digital “immigrants”, all of them and others are accelerating in participating in the blogosphere either by commenting, informing or by providing their opinions throughout their blogs. The ultimate figures and studies on blogs indicated that there is an increasing interest to launch new blogs. The amount of blogs is duplicated each five months. Thus, following the development of this new internet tool is getting more complicated. Obviously, it is a new model of emergence, breaking all structured conceptions of the conventional aspects of the media.
