Insurance Requirements General Liability: 1 million per occurrence with 2 million aggregate Workers Compensation: Statutory limits with 1 million for employer’s liability Additional Notes: Core Construction Group should be named as an additional insured with a waiver of subrogation in Core’s favor; Insurance carriers should be rated “A” or “A-“and VI or better. Any subcontractors whose insurance programs do not meet these requirements shall note this on their bid, otherwise it will be assumed that the proper insurances are in place and respective bidder will be required to furnish certificate of insurance prior to execution of subcontract agreements.
