Process of Resolving a Specific Problem Introduction Every human being faces a number of problems throughout life. Any unwanted situation causing difficulty is challenging which can occur at home, work or anywhere else. Any act can cause a problem. Some problems are simple and can be resolved with discussions or a simple strategy within a short period of time. It is natural for a person to feel helpless when confronted with a complicated problem. But it should be remembered that every problem has a solution and we must not give up no matter how complex the problem appears to be. (Gangal) Problem Solving Process Every kind of a problem requires a different approach for resolving. But the basic process of resolving any problem involves understanding of the situation, devising strategies to deal with it and finally acting upon the planned strategies. This whole process requires patience, determination, optimism and courage. It is important to be relaxed when solving any problem and discussing it with a friend or anyone you trust can also be helpful. (Gangal) My Experience I am a mother of three boys including three-year old twins. The first six months after the birth of twins were the most difficult of my life. I was very sensitive about my babies and wanted to do everything myself; from bathing to feeding and changing. I had given up teaching before their birth and looking after them became my full-time job. I remember those sleepless nights and never-ending chores during the day. I also had a three and a half- year old son to look after. Sometimes my husband helped by feeding the babies at night but every time he fed the babies I woke up to check if he washed the bottles properly and turned on the sterilizer. So I ended up doing everything myself. Within two months of the twins’ birth, I had lost twenty
