Better Grades
As time, goes by students are starting to their homework less and less each time. It’s a significant amount of students who lack in their academics. Teachers try to convince their students to do their homework because they know it can impact your grade drastically. Some teachers are just too nice and they let their students make up late work or turn assignments late. I agree that you should be doing homework so you can pass your class. I disagree on the fact that teachers are so nice and they let their students do homework that was assign a while ago. It’s just not fair for the few bundles of students who actually do their homework. The incentive that teacher provide is you can do your homework at any time and you can still get the full points. Students like this idea because they have the time to do the homework and still get credit for it. I disagreed with it because it’s just helping out the lazy students and they won’t learn anything. The incentive that I would put is if you do your homework every day you get candy and 20 min of free time every Friday. Also, once a month you can get prizes depending on how they behave through the month. It’s an economic incentive because its rewarding and you get something if you do what you’re assigned. The incentive could be implemented by reminding students they have work that’s due the following days. You could also make sure their parents are aware they have homework assign. It could work because students are being rewarded with stuff they enjoy. The better you behave the better the prize will be. Next, the incentive is better because its beneficial to the students in the class. It’s beneficial because now they get rewards each Friday for doing their homework and they get full credit for the assignment. The flaws can be students don’t care and they don’t the assignment.
