Everyone has made a decision that has chacnged his or her life. A decision that I made that has change my life is deciding to become a single mother
A few years ago, my child father has left me when I was two months pregnant.
I was 19 years old at the time when I found out I was pregnant. I had to drop out of high shool so I could support ny new baby and myself. I fet angry, depressed, and confused because I was afaid I would not be able to raise a child as a single mother.
In the past, I thought raising s child sd s single parent would be a waste of time. i has visions of traveling to many parts of Africa, becoming a lawyer , and going to many clubs. I did not want to have a child before marriage. I had couple of friends with children and I could see how it had an impact on their lives. I thought I was not prepared, but I knew the reality of having a baby.
After listen to my grandmother's advice, I realized that I no longer had a choice and needed to realize that my old life was gone and there was no turning back. I also realized that I have an innocent baby was growign inside of me. If I decided to have an abortion, it was not going to solve anything, but I like many challenges so I decided to resolve it by reading ot researching the Internet hoping to find the key to managing my new life as a mother.
So,in conclusion, this decision og becoming a single mother has changed my life forvever it also has taught me that it is more to life if I have a stronger focus on no matter what the outcome maybe.
