Staffing is probably the key to a company’s success, in which it provides the ability to conduct business daily.   With staffing not, every organization is the same and each will have their own way in which they need specific tasks performed to ensure the proper staffing is applied. The Automobile Club of Southern California (AAA) staffs the majority of their district breakups according to the number of counties they cover in a state, and the total amount of claims they handled as well in the previous year.   When looking at what the workers at an AAA office, there will be adjustors, secretaries, and a manager the number of adjusters and secretaries will vary based on population in the area because that will indicate the amount of claims example rural area requires less than a city.   A staffing plan enables a company to be profitable do their ability to cut spending from wasted time, also will allow workers to complete their jobs to best of their abilities.
