 The topic of this paper is to analyze the development of our group and use that information to create improvements for greater group development. Our team responsible for writing this document consists of five individuals who are currently in the Business School at The University of Kansas. We feel we are fully qualified to discuss the topic and evaluate our development by using the knowledge gained from our current semester of Organizational Behavior.   Along with that knowledge, we personally watched our team grow, as individuals, and as one.   From five significant group experiences, to the personal developments of our five individual members, we established three improvements for our group to work on.
