The disease is no longer an inevitable death sentence.Cancer can be treated in a lot of ways,it depends on the type and stage of cancer,our medical history,age and our general health. There are two-three treatments typesthat usually doctor recommends,such as : 1-Surgery:this is the oldest and the most common way of cancer treatent,usually for solid tumors..With this method,we just cut the cancer out of the body,It is also important inmaking diagnosis and determine the severity of diseases. 2-Radiation:using the ex-rays and gamma-rays for destroying tumors.This method only takes several weeks through a series of treatmentsor by having the implants of radioactive placed directly in the tumor.Radiation also destroy cell that may not be visible to surgeon.When tumor is removed,it can also slow the spread of cancer to offer relieve from pain just like bone cancer for example, 3-Chemotherapy-using kind of chemicals or medications for treating the cancer.Using them,they destroy the malignant cell without harming the normal cell ,selectivity real difficult to do caused only subtle differences exist between normal and cancerous cell.It's called successful if the normal cell is able to recover while tumor cells are destroyed,Usually used for metastatic cancer. Beside the main three ways of medical normal normal treatments above,actually there is more treatment that we usually called alternative treatment,traditinal or non-traditional treatment for the cancer such as " Bio-electric therapy,oxygen therapy( including o zone),chinese medicine ,hyperthemia,homeopathy and lot's more.
