Steps needed to propel your strategy into action:
1) Objectives
2) Target markets
3) Method of communication (telemarketing, email)
We will make sure that everyone who is involved is clear of the steps and we divide the work evenly it can be done efficiently. It is recommended that the group members should come up with ideas and share them with the group. This reduces stress levels and means that there is good support throughout the process. One group member may be appointed with the overall responsibility to implement the marketing plan.
Objectives
We have a clear idea of what we are trying to achieve through marketing our cookie. We want to increase the number of people that eat cookies and let them experience new and different flavors.
Objectives will be to:
• Find out if the public will like the new flavor
• Make sure people know that cookies is not just for kids
• Prove why our cookie is the best
• Attract many people target want to try our cookies
Target Market
We have to identify the audience that we want to research and focus on them. Target groups are people who share some normal info that will help us to know what people like. They can be grouped according to:
• Gender
• Age
• Occupation
• Location/town.
If most of our audience are children and teenagers. For our survey we must focus on them. We have to find out what are their favorite places, radio stations, and their favorite TV shows, so we can advertise our cookies.
Method of communication
The method we will be using is asking and taking surveys of people by email,and telemarketing In order to get the message out successfully
