Gatorade versus Water
Most athletes prefer Gatorade to any other sports drink, including water. Why do athletes or any other person choose Gatorade over the other sports drinks? Maybe it tastes better, or that most people have said that it scientifically can refuel the average athlete better. There isn’t one reason that Gatorade is a better sports drink than water, there are many. Gatorade is a better sports drink than water because it tastes better, it refuels the body better and faster, it is superior for anybody than water, and Gatorade's appearance is more appealing than water's.
Most people think that Gatorade is definitely better tasting than water which should be the truth. Water has just a plain, boring taste, but Gatorade has sugar, which makes people choose it instead water. When someone is shopping at the store, they'll want to get Gatorade over water because they know that Gatorade has its own taste. Water has a dull taste that people want Gatorade so they can enjoy their drink. People choose Gatorade over water because they know they will enjoy it, unlike water. Most people prefer Gatorade because of its taste. Gatorade has ingredients that make people want to drink more than usual which helps ensure that they will keep hydrated. Gatorade has so many flavors and so many tastes that water doesn't even come close in the comparison.
The reason why most athletes choose Gatorade over water is because the ingredients in Gatorade refuel the body quicker than water. Athletes need to be able to get energy almost instantly and they know that Gatorade will do it the best. Gatorade is designed for that purpose. It has carbohydrates and electrolytes for stimulating fluid absorption, helping the body maintain fluid balance, providing energy to working muscles. All the ingredients in Gatorade are exactly made to make sure you stay hydrated.
Gatorade is much better for an athlete because it can replace the electrolytes that one loses...
