Letter To Kodak

Dear Kodak Customer Service Representative
Can I have a refund on Kodak Camera that I purchased in February 2007? I called Kodak Customer Service because my camera screen broke and I wanted to get another one. Customer Service said that I will receive a new one in 7 business days, but 3 weeks has passed and I haven’t received it.
I called Customer Service Representatives that I wanted a new camera and I got a warranty on it still. He said that he will give me a new camera for my camera that has a broken screen. He said I will receive the camera in the mail in 7 business days. Close to 3 weeks has gone by and I haven’t received the camera. I called customer service and was wondering on the camera that I purchased 3 weeks ago. He said that he hasn’t sent it yet because they haven’t received the camera that I have that needs to be fixed. They haven’t told me that at all when I was talking to that gentleman when I was talking to him. They said that they sent me an email on where to ship it to and how to ship it. But I didn’t get the message and they argued with me that they did.
So, for the service that I got and how bad they treated me, I am not satisfied. I want a refund on the camera that I purchased.
I have been going to you for years and I am not looking forward to purchasing your products in the near future. I would like my refund back to me today.
