Passion for Fashion
Fashion sets out the expression of individual identity. It enables us to make ourselves understand rapid interpretation by other viewers. Most of today’s trends attract a majority of young adults as opposed to adults of older generations. It’s more appealing because a majority of teens, including myself, obsess over having that “perfect” image as well as impressing our peers, particularly the fairer sex. It is a ”fashion crisis” to walk around not looking your best when you are young. Teens have to keep up with the latest trends and often make a competition out of who has the best outfit in school. I like the feeling of being praised for sporting the latest trends of fashion. Fashion has always been an interest for me because I believe that fashion brings out the creativity and different tastes in style.
Fashion can predict how your life style is and who you are. The way teens dress   may be associated with a certain look or certain genre of music that the individual in interested in. Music represents an attitude that might be part of your personality. Adolescents , such as myself, wake up every morning spending hours on deciding how to leave the house for school or any other destination wearing dressing is a must to impress. Fashion is a big priority in a young person’s life. It is a big priority because “looking glamorous” or “looking fresh” can set out the best impression amongst my peers. For example, if a girl comes walking down on the busy streets of Manhattan, New York, which is considered the “fashion capital of the world”, wearing heels and an all Marciano outfit, I automatically assume she is high maintenance. As for a girl who comes down with baggy black pants with chains and a skull shirt, in fashion civilization, she would not be viewed as just a girl, but rather a “gothic” girl. Considering what I pointed out, fashion is all-critical and you are often judged based on how well you dress.
