Walmart Essay

Wal-Mart is one of the biggest retail stores in America. I agree with this because of the inexpensive goods Wal-Mart provides. It will overweigh any problem that the country might create.
    According to Decoster, “Families who shop carefully at Wal-Mart can actually budget more for investing.” I definitely agree with this statement because Wal-Mart is known for its cheap prices. And whenever they have a sale, you can even save more money on an item. For example my family always shops at Wal-Mart and whenever they go there, they shop carefully and see what’s on sale. It’s very beneficial when you look at the price and compare it to other stores because Wal-Mart most of the time have the best deals.
    Also at Wal-Mart, I’ve noticed that a lot of people go there to shop. If it was such a bad store I don’t think that it would still be in business. Wal-Mart is also a chain store, so it’s going to be good in business. Decoster also states that, “Wal-Mart employs a lot of people; provides heap of things at the lowest prices”.
    Decoster also believes that, “if Americans didn’t love Wal-Mart so much it wouldn’t be sitting at the top of 2002 fortune!” I agree with this statement because if Wal-Mart was as bad as they say it is, it would be out of business already, however Wal-Mart is still running in business.
  In conclusion, people are still going to shop at Wal-Mart due to its cheap and affordable prices. There will be few people who don’t like the store but there are a majority of people who love the shopping experience at Wal-Mart therefore it is going to be around for a long time.
