In modern world, the inventions of new technologies as computer and software can assist students to study at home and to acquire qualification by utilising online education in their own countries instead of going to university in the developing nations that raise the quality of life of the underprivileged. There are many methods to obtain the qualifications such as classroom learning and distance learning. Online learning programmes, which are new and convenient to access and obtain update information via communication technologies, provide students in developing world with more opportunities for study. There are some benefits of online education that can assist the low-cost countries to improve their educational system and provide demands for student such as flexibility of course for learner and elimination of illiteracy. However, there are also a few problems that can be a major obstacle to establishing an online learning in developing countries such as lack of physical infrastructural development in terms of electronic technologies and poor quality of online education. Therefore, this essay argues that online education is not effective educational tool compared with tradition education because of lack of financial support and problems of disaster in order priority.

First of all, using distance-learning programs as an effective tool can benefit to developing countries for some reasons. The major reason is that promotion of distance education programmes can eliminate the Lack of educational issue and create more flexible courses in cash-strapped countries.
