Right now, still in the running for the presidential election are Senator McCain and Senator Obama. Between those two candidates I prefer Senator McCain because of his experience. Vision does not really matter to be a good president. Experience is what is really significant and is essential in a good president. Senator McCain’s many experiences in the Navy and in the congress will help him lead our nation.
Senator McCain has been serving our country in the Navy for many years. Those many near death and war experiences will help him in leading our military. It will help him bring the Iraq war to an end and bring our soldiers back home. Those experiences will leave him capable of being a very good military leader. His experiences in the navy will enable him to help the government of Iraq stand on its own and help it protect and safeguard its people. Many people in Iraq suffering will be rescued and the American government will not have to lose any more innocent soldiers. His belief that the United States should not leave Iraq until they have compromised and solved the problem in Iraq will be supported by his experiences.
Furthermore, in addition to his experiences in the Navy, His many experiences in the congress will help him lead our nation into a right path. Because of his old age, he has far more experiences in congress than Senator Obama. Also he had worked in the congress to stop the use of unnecessary money which will help him reduce the gas prices and the food prices in the United States. It will enable him to improve the United States’ economy and increase the value of the dollar. It will benefit all families.
In conclusion McCain’s experiences will help him lead our nation. His experiences will leave him capable of ending the Iraq war and improving Iraq’s government and putting an end to the deaths of so many people and so many sacrifices. It will make him capable of improving our economy and putting an end to high gas...
