“Anxiety is part of life.”Too much anxiety can destroy with victims’ life and “for millions of people, worry disrupts everyday life, restricting it or even overshadowing it entirely.” In USA, there is an estimated of 15% of the population suffering from anxiety disorder or another, but anxiety disorders constitute the most common disorder. This article holds my attention because since I got here, I have heard a lot from victims from anxiety. So since then I have been trying to understand what anxiety is and causes in people’s mind. This article explains different kind of anxiety and the reactions that it causes. And if I can someday, I may be able to help them, talk, and understand their feelings. It appears to be easy getting over anxiety for people like me that never gone through it.
Sufferers from anxiety feel out of control, frequently experiences a racing or pounding heart or even pain in the chest, so breathing becomes difficult. When victims start getting those feelings, they call it panic attack. They also come out of the blue; the body trembles and hands turn clammy. The person may notice tingling in their hands, feet, arms, and legs. All of these feelings for no apparent reason, it can last for several minutes cause for extreme stress and over worries.
“Other forms of anxiety are less dramatic but more widespread.” Victims are self consciousness, feeling that you are being judged and watched by others, even if logically there is no body evaluating you. This is social anxiety, even though it can unlimited you in your professional life, work, study even in your social life like friendship, relationship and so on. “Another common form of worry is generalized anxiety disorder.” They feel their self out of questions like “what if’s”, thunder of negative things, and frequent mood swings.
