Identity Crisis

We always think about the errands, duties, responsiblities that we face in our daily life but have you ever wondered about your real identity .Its a tough question which remains unravelled after so many years of research and penances by many people. The fact is that the question is the very essence of our life which we seldom remember. We are always awed by the sterling performances given by our favourite actors in double or triple roles without even realising that we are actually playing a lot of roles in our day to day life
quite naturally than the so called stars. To our children,we are father or mother.,we are juniors to our senoirs and senoirs to our juniors,a good son or daughter to our parents,a trusted friend to our friend and a shrewd enemy to our enemies,to god we are a very ardent devotee or even an atheist.Like this innumerable identites are there for one mere mortal.Crisis arises when we are not able to recognize our apt identity for a given situation. The unwritten rule of life is to maintain this multifaceted identity. The identity which wraps around the whole set of roles we are assigned by greatest of all playwrights- the almighty or maybe just situations for the atheist. Its true what once Shakespeare said, that life is but a play where we are actors who get their cue to enact our part and leave the stage. So you never know what role you are to play, but dont forget to play it naturally so that no identity crisis occurs.
