Once we realised the previous continues problems (six airplanes delayed and two months technical faults in machinery) have effected our company’s reputation, we decided to temporary delay our announcement of new low budget airline service. With the reason, the company needs to re-arrange our organisation’s system and improve our management. Therefore, our marketing team have come out several points or ideas that can bring back our previous reputation and also bring back our customer’s confidence. There are few ideas that the company should change in order to get back the company’s reputation.
1. Improve the Technology’s issue
The first thing and the most important thing that we have to change is improves our technology’s issues. The series of problems that had faced by our company was because of technology slowdown as the result all information from the head quarter can not received well to each airport. It was a serious mistake that an airlines company couldn’t make it. So it is important that the company should change all their technology’s system and always update their security system. In addition, we also recommend that the maintenance of the Information Technology have to always control every day, every destination and every airport.
2. Internal Environment
Next, the company has to re-evaluate the organisation’s management. Beside the technical issues, the series of problems came out also because lack of communication between the managements. Each department has to responsible of their scope of responsibility and of course, their head department has to control their staff in order to keep running well their department. The company should organize several kinds of training or educations provide to their staff, begin from the senior, executive until the junior staffs. This is because to maintain their staffs with knowledge (even they already have that), and from that training, the company would see which staff has the potential...
