Candidates for IIT-JEE 2012 have the option to apply either Offline or Online.

Please ensure that you are using the correct Offline Application Form: (a) Form priced ` 200/- (in pink color envelope) for all Female candidates, (b) Form priced ` 1000/- (in light blue color envelope) for SC/ST/PD male candidates, (c) Form priced ` 1800/- (in grey color envelope) for general/OBC male candidates. The fee for Online application is ` 1600/- for General/OBC male candidates, ` 800 for SC/ST/PD male candidates and NIL for all female candidates. For Online registration visit IIT-JEE 2012 websites (APPENDIX-7). All candidates who wish to appear for IIT-JEE 2012 in Dubai city must apply Online with a fee of US$ 200.

Please go through the following general information for filling and submitting the Offline Application Form. 1. Ensure that you fulfill all eligibility criteria given in Section 3. 2. Submit only one Application Form. The name in the Application Form MUST BE the same as that in the bank challan. The completed Application Form must reach the zonal IIT on or before 15 December 2011. 3. Your application must be complete in all respects. Incomplete Application Forms are liable to be rejected. 4. Application Forms will be machine processed. The machine will read only fully darkened bubbles. Please see the Application Form for correct method of filling bubbles. Also, please go through Section 6.4 for detailed instructions for filling the Application Form. 5. Options once selected in the Application Form cannot be changed at a later stage. 6.
