Cultural diversity is really a driving force of development in many aspects of human’s life. Cultural diversity means actually having different cultures respect each other's differences. It could also mean the variety of human societies or cultures in a specific region, or in the world as a whole. Therefore, when we relate this definition with the statement given, it actually explains how cultural diversity acts as a force of development in different aspects such as education, morality and even the growing of world economy as a whole.
First and foremost, cultural diversity should be seen as one of the ways in improving the world education level. As we know, education is one of the main factors to develop a country in providing a well competent human resource. As the time moves with globalization, all countries in the whole world should have their own education system. This is why we see cultural diversity as one of the catalysts in helping all countries to develop their education level. Through different culture from different countries, they tend to share their own development in education. The sharing can be in a form of specialist human resource like the lecturers, or even the content of the studies. Moreover, cultural diversity will also help to improve the education of some countries through the budget donation. For example, Malaysia and Australia has actually worked together to help the Afghanistan to improve their education through the program Malaysia-Australia Education Project for Afghanistan (MAEPA). Since Malaysia and Australia have a better education system, they cooperate to help Afghanistan in developing their own education level even the culture is different. Thus, this is what we mean by the need of cultural diversity in developing the world education.
Secondly, cultural diversity is also important to develop human morality in a positive way. Morality applies to norms that are considered as norms for human behaviour or...
