There are ten main reasons why gmail is the best email system to use even in a professional setting.

#1 Gmail blocks spam before it gets to your inbox. If an unwanted message ever finds its way through, you can fight back by reporting it and help make our spam filters even better. User can report a spam by clicking the “Report Spam” button. The more spam you mark, the better the system will get at weeding out those annoying messages. All of the reported spam will make the spam filter system smart, this is called community clicks.
#2 Gmail uses the google algorithm to search for any thing within your gmail. There is no need to spend time sorting email, just search a keyword and all emails with the keyword searched will return with a query.
#3 Gmail automatically organizes all replies into a conversation format. Each message sent will be grouped with all the responses. When you open one message in a conversation, all of your related messages will be stacked neatly on top of each other, like a deck of cards. This is great for working on multiple projects at a time. There will be no more mixed messages going back and forth from project to project.
#4 Gmail has a built in chat system with a clean interface. With just one click, you can chat in Gmail with the people you already email. You can even reply to an email by chat. And Gmail can archive all of your chats, making them searchable, so you never lose any valuable information.
#5 Gmail uses labels and stars to even farther organization capabilities. Label and filters work great together. A gmail user can set the filter to label all emails that come in with a specific keyword. So that specific keyword would be labeled into a group.
