Nice. Outgoing. Loud. Dork. Wierd. That's me. Bryan Carlo S. Quijada, freshman college student at the Polytechnic University of the Philippines, in Manila. I wish I could add the adjectives genius, famous, and brave to that list, but I can't.
It's not so bad being Bryan, though, because I'm really good that’s why my parents and friends think I'm okay. I am 17 years old and am currently residing with my parents in Valenzuela City. I was born in the year 1991, twelfth of July, on Caloocan City. I am the eldest son of Mr. and Mrs. Mario and Julieta Quijada. I have a younger sister named Bea. We’re living around a compound where most of the people there were our relatives.
School, lessons, teachers, schoolmates, pressure, of course is almost a part of every individual’s life. I have experienced it too and still experiencing it at this very moment. I spent one-fourth of my school years in Sto. Rosario Montessori School located near our place. Then I transferred to St. Gabriel Academy in Caloocan City for the rest of my studies until high school. St. Gabriel Academy has been a part of me. From there, I learned so many things about life. I learned how to interact and socialize with every single person around me. I found my true friends in high school whom I know will still be my friends until we go our separate ways. Who can ever forget high school for it lets you experience things only high school offers like Prom Nights, Bivouacs, Out-of-town Retreats, Educational Trips, Overnight Vigil Camps, Outreach Programs, Intramurals, Foundation Days, and many more. I had experienced all of these in St. Gabriel Academy. That school made me a better person and I will always treasures those times worth spent.
Music is a part of me and I can’t live without it. Listening to music makes me feel relaxed and at peace. No matter how many times I play music over and over again, I won’t stop listening because for me music is my life and it is in my soul. I listen...
