Global warming is an extremely severe problem facing the world today. Its effects and causes have been on the rise and people need to do something about it before the problem gets any worse. Global warming is an increase in the earth's temperature, which can be caused by the use of fossil fuels, and industrial or agricultural processes. Man-made emissions are adding to the amount of carbon dioxide already being naturally released. These harmful processes have been leading to a large increase in the build-up of "greenhouse gases," which are carbon dioxide, methane, nitrous oxide, chlorofluorocarbons, and water vapour. The industrial revolution the world did not have such a terrifying problem of dealing with the build-up of harmful gases in the atmosphere until recently.
With the increasing population growth, increased fossil fuel burning, decreased forests that reduce the CO2 cleaning ability, increased clearing of land for population, farming, and "industrialization" growths, how is it possible to prevent the depletion of the ozone layer?
After doing some research, I realized that although local temperatures fluctuated naturally, over the past 50 years, the average global temperature has increased at the fastest rate in recorded history. Global warming is already causing damage in many parts of the United States. Droughts, dust storms, floods, shortened winter period, rising sea levels are now occurring more and more often to the extent that WWF had confirmed Earth will be inhabitable by 2050.Of course, the impacts of global warming are not limited to the United States. Other countries such as India and Europe have experienced intense heat wave that many were killed because of it.
Earth faces a bleak future. In fact, there won’t be any future at all since Earth is dying. As many of us are already aware, Earth is consistently losing its species. Extinction flows like a river of blood. Many animals have not been able to adapt to the sudden...
