What is the effect of the Egyptian culture on the investment by international companies in Egypt?

There are two effects of the Egyptian culture on the investment by international companies.
The first effect is positive effect & that can be clear in many factors such as:
1. There are no many cultural & attitudinal values. (People almost looking for high salary & good position).

2. There is unemployment in the Egyptian market labor. (So it’s easy for the company to choose the best employees with lower costs).

3. Most of employees in Egypt have a good experience in using computers. (So it’ll be easy to train the new employees on the company system).

4. The Egyptian government encourages international companies to invest in Egypt & try to keep this investment in Egypt.

5. International companies’ looking for certified employees & this factor is existent in the Egyptian market labor. (That gives a chance to choose the best employees with high degrees with the lowest salaries).

The effect of the Egyptian culture on the investment by international companies in Egypt is negative effect. This is can be clear in different factors such as:

1. There is no workforce diversity in the Egyptian society, so there is no competition between employees to develop their talents.

2. The economic situation is not good at the time been and that make the business cycle grow very slow.
