“Make a stand for truth, justice, unity and democracy” says Horacio Morales Jr. True. Indeed true. Let’s fight for the truth and justice would continue. But can we make that “dream” come into a reality if we have P 1.2 billion in debt everyday??? That is certainly very unmanageable? How will our government, especially our president deal with that? Each of us is looking forward for the progress of our economy. Each of the Filipinos conspires that someday our country would surpass all the challenges that it passes right now. But how could this be possible if our own officials are not working in hand? Or should I say----are they really doing their job?

I remember the line that I read from a newspaper before “Is there a Philippine Public Administration?? That question lingers on me. It is, somehow, a question to me. But when our instructor in our Social Studies subject and from the cries of many Filipinos in the Philippines that our government is not doing its job well, I think I would have to say, YES. They are somehow right because that is their opinion. There is really no Philippine Public Administration because our nation doesn’t have the qualities and we are jut relying in American public administration. They are right on that matter. But if you think of it, there is a Philippine Public Administration somehow. Because we do have our own government that governs people who is considered as the public and public administration is the action in the government. But to have this unpleasant situation, I consider this so unfair for all of us Filipinos. And because of that a lot of people are rallying against our government. Well, we can’t blame them for that. Just look what’s happening to our economy right now? Are there any changes? Well, if there is, I would say it is not as well as good. But what keep me pondering, what’s the use of rallying, right?
