The world today demands a change in our thinking and requires
organizations and individuals that are fast and sure, light and lethal: with
cunning and surprise, speed and agility. We must strive for full-scale
assaults on enormous opportunities, and we must play to excel in meeting
customer’s excitement needs. To change the world, we must work hard,
be crazy, and let technology drive our strategies. We must be the
Pathfinders who take broad leaps, create big plans and embrace
staggering risks; we must be the ones who put a dent in the horizon of
possibilities and create innovative products.
We are the storytellers of our own lives, and we must create our own
legends. It is very special to be special, and there is nothing worse that to
be ordinary. We must exhibit true distinctiveness and become innovative,
risk-taking, self-reliant and self-sufficient. We must develop the tools to
thrive is a borderless marketplace of skilled providers, and to succeed in
creating new worlds of choice.
We must think like an entrepreneur, be the boss of our own shows, be
CEO of Me, Inc, and be very darn special at something of special
economic value. We must learn from vigorous mistakes, get on with the
new realities and reach for greatness. We must relish technology

instinctively appreciate its potential, have an appetite for its power, and
tingle with joy and anticipation when in its presence.
We will get tested in the caldron of chaos and we must come into our
awesome own when mayhem occurs. We must be an action fanatic,
