Info wanted: I want a general time line of the events and a story to refer to in case there are discrepancies later in the interview.

Info wanted: A reasonable explanation of why she was in the back.
Question 3: How long where you in the back of the store until you heard the yells from the suspect?
Info wanted: The amount of time she was in the back to see if it matches with what she said she was doing in the back.
Question 4: What was your husband doing in the front of the store (cleaning, stocking or waiting for other customers)?
Info wanted: I want to know what the husband was doing when the suspects came into the store.
Question 5: What did you do when you heard the suspect yelling at your husband?
Info wanted: I want to know if she walked right out to the front, if she called the police or if she stayed in the back for a few moments.
Question 6: When you walked out did the suspects see you?
Info wanted: I want to know if they saw her and if they did how they reacted.
Question 7: Where were the suspect standing and where was you husband standing?
Info wanted: Information about their positions and I want to know if she could actually even see the suspects from where she was standing because there is a chance that she can be producing false information.   Later I can go and stand in the same spot she said she was and figure out if she could actually see what she said she saw.
Question 8: Do you recall what the suspects look like?
Info wanted: A description of the suspects.
Question 9: Did you hear the suspects talk to each other?
Info wanted: I want to know if the suspects called each other by their names or nick names.
Question 10: Have you seen customers fitting the description of the suspects in the store before?
