Facebook is very popular with today’s college students. They use it as a way to socialize with one another. These students should be careful about what information they put up for the public to see because future job employers are beginning to gain information about possible job candidates by checking social networks such as Facebook. By looking someone one up on Facebook, you can read the information they post on their own page or another person’s page. By reading this, you can gain an outlook on how the person talks and how well they get along with a variety of people. Many college students use Facebook to advertise what they do in their spare time. They also may not fully understand the privacy policy of Facebook and will post things that were not meant to be seen by anyone other than their friends. This information can determine whether or not the person being considered will get the job.
  Facebook can provide a lot of information about ones personality. The pictures and information people post on their pages can tell a lot about the person and this makes it extremely easy to judge the person. If you are an employer looking for someone to hire, you are going to want the person that best represents your business and that is going talk to everyone with respect and decency.
